Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because our vintage, antique, repurposed, and original artwork items are one of a kind, we ask that you review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at ShopNovaLynn@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
