We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.
Custom artwork or made to order items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing times will be noted in the product listing.
Shipping Methods
We ship eligible items within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout.
Local Pickup
Some large, fragile, or oversized items are available for local pickup only.

Bradenton, Florida
If an item is marked "Local Pickup Only," shipping will not be available during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Packaging
Vintage, antique, and one of a kind items receive extra care during packaging. We use protective materials whenever necessary to help prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
This information helps us work with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Nova Lynn is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
